Sunday Learn to Curl 

Looking for something fun and social to do this winter?--Try Curling! - Learn to Curl is a fun, social league where you can learn about the great sport of curling and meet new friends.

Whether your 18 or 80, use a wheelchair or have tricky knees and back we’ll show you how to turn curling into your winter sport. Don’t let this be another winter of just watching it on TV.

During the fall session our experienced instructors will teach you the basic techniques of slide delivery, standing delivery using a stick or delivery from a wheelchair. You’ll also learn the basic rules , etiquette and strategy through on ice exercises. January to March you’ll enjoy honing your skills in fun, non competitive games. At Sunday LTC we believe you learn best by doing, our aim is to maximize on ice learning.

Whatever way you choose to curl PCC can provide all the equipment you’ll need - sliders, grippers, brooms, delivery sticks and wheelchairs.

Instruction is once a week on Sundays from 1:00pm to 2:30 PM mid-October until the end of March.  Don’t worry if you miss a Sunday, there is plenty of time to catch up.

$375 for the 2025-2026 season
