 2024/2025 graduates - Thursday Evening LTC program

Our highly popular and fun Thursday Adult Learn to Curl program has ended for the 2024/2025 curling season.  Registration for the 2025/2026 program opens on-line September 1, 2025.   An open house and registration night will be held on September 8 from 5:30 to 7 pm.

We take pride in providing a very social and fun experience while learning a great game.

Classes run every Thursday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, beginning mid-October and finishing up at the end of March.  Our group of instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and fun. They will be with you throughout the year.  After class, we hope you will stay for a beverage, some snacks and get to know your classmates and instructors - we certainly would like to get to know you!

The first half of the season will be focused on learning delivery (traditional slide or stick delivery), sweeping skills and rules.  If you have a tricky back or knees we'll show you how to use a delivery stick so you don't have to squat down in the hack.  January - March will focus on game play while you hone the skills learned, all in preparation for your own bonspiel on Saturday, February 7, 2026, as well as sparing opportunities in our various leagues.  

All equipment is provided. All you need to bring is a clean pair of indoor running shoes and wear warm, comfortable clothing, including gloves.

Curling is a game for all ages and abilities. It is a great way to meet new people and make lifelong friendships. Make this the year to start curling! We hope you will try curling with us.
